Stress
Hey guys! Finals are coming up, and life is getting stressful. I’ve found some fun ways to cope with that stress…
1. Dancing… yes, I know only a 4H’er would say that. But seriously, I’ve found alot of interest with the Swing Dance Club. I’ve been dancing around in my room by myself either doing swing or folk. My roommates think I’m strange sometimes when they first saw me, but that’s what makes life fun – being interesting.
2. Crocheting.. I’ve been working on a blue and gold scarf this summer and I’m not quite finished. The rhythmic movements make it very relaxing.
3. Eating … I know this isn’t always the best option, but it makes me feel better at the time.
4. Yoga… So I’m in a Yoga Class, like actually for credit. Its great. The ten minute nap at the end makes me feel so awake and ready to start working on or studying something.
5. Pictures… Looking at pictures from great memories like camp, football games, high school, etc… makes me feel better all the time! Since I’m a camera fanatic, I have a ton of pictures!
